The Semi de Lushi - Lubumbashi Half Marathon is our annually first mass participation sports event out of Kinshasa where Congolese and Internationals are encouraged to run or walk together for 5km, 10km or 21km.

The event will take place for the second time on the weekend of September 6-8, 2024 in the copper capital of Lubumbashi.

Through our “Run for a good cause” program, participants are encouraged to run and raise funds for selected charities in the DRC.

With this annual event it is our mission to empower the population of the DRC and Lubumbashi in particular promote health & wellbeing as well as tourism through running and build a growing community of runners.
